Sistema PVC-C TemperFIP100 ®
La linea TemperFIP100
®
PVC-C è costituita da una gamma completa di
tubazioni, raccordi e valvole manuali ed automatiche da impiegarsi nella
costruzione di linee di processo e di servizio e per il convogliamento in
pressione di fluidi con temperature massime di esercizio fino a 100°C.
L’intera linea è realizzata utilizzando resine
CORZAN™ PVC-C, classifi-
cazione ASTM D1784.
Tra le principali proprietà e caratteristiche della linea TemperFIP100
®
PVC-C si possono citare:
•
Elevata resistenza chimica: l’impiego di resine CORZAN™ , ottenu-
te da processi di clorazione del PVC omopolimero permette di garan-
tire una elevata resistenza chimica, specificatamente nei confronti di
acidi inorganici forti, basi e soluzioni alcaline, mantenendo inalterate
nel tempo le eccellenti caratteristiche meccaniche nel trasporto di flui-
di industriali caldi. Queste resine offrono completa compatibilità anche
nel trasporto di acque potabili e da potabilizzare, di acque demineraliz-
zate e di acque termali ad uso curativo oltre che kinoterapico.
• Ottima stabilità termica: soprattutto nel campo di temperatura in-
termedia fra 20°C e 85 °C il PVC-C trova il suo tipico impiego garan-
tendo prestazioni di eccellente resistenza meccanica, discreta rigidità,
ridottissimi coefficienti di dilatazione termica ed elevati fattori di sicu-
rezza nel servizio.
• Resistenza al fuoco: le resine di PVC-C garantiscono una eccezionale
resistenza al fuoco, grazie ad una temperatura di innesco alla fiamma
di 482°C ed ad un alto indice limite di ossigeno: LOI = 60%. Le resine
CORZAN™ PVC-C sono classificate VO, 5VB e 5VA secondo UL94.

The PVC-C TemperFIP100
®
system includes a complete range of ball
valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, check valves and sediment
strainers, pipes and fittings for solvent welding to convey industrial flu-
ids under pressure at a maximum operating temperatures of 100°C. The
system includes also the Primer Cleaners and the TEMPERGLUE Solvent
Cements that assure long lasting high quality joints.
The entire range is made of
CORZAN™ C-PVC resins, classified to ASTM
D1784.
Main properties and characteristics:
•
High chemical resistance: the use of CORZAN™ resins, obtained
from processes of post-chlorination of homopolymer PVC is a gua-
rantee of high chemical resistance, especially to strong inorganic
acids, bases and alkaline solutions, besides the optimal mechanical
properties remain unchanged during the transfer of hot industrial flu-
ids. CORZAN™ resins offer total compatibility also for the transfer of
treated and untreated drinking water as well as demineralised water
and spa water for therapeutic and kinotherapeutic applications.
• Optimal thermal stability: above all in the intermediate temperature
range from 20°C to 85 °C PVC-C is ideal for industrial applications,
guaranteeing optimal mechanical resistance, good rigidity, very low
coefficients of thermal expansion and optimal safety factors in service.
• Resistance to fire: CORZAN™ PVC-C resins guarantee excellent re-
sistance to fire, thanks to a flame onset temperature of 482°C and a
high limit of oxygen index LOI = 60%.
