9.4.5. TIMER operators (max. number = 32)
Using the operators of type TIMER a signal (TRUE or FALSE) can be generated for a user-defined time.
9.4.5.1. MONOSTABLE
Using the MONOSTABLE operator an output of "1" (TRUE) is generated
by the rising/falling edge on the input. This state is retained for the
time set.
Parameter
Time: The delay can be set to a value between 10 ms and 1098.3 s.
Rising Edge: If selected, the output is set to "1" (TRUE) by a rising edge
on the input signal and remains in this state for the time set. However,
this state can be extended as long as the input remains at "1" (TRUE). Figure 162: Monostable

If not selected, the logic is reversed, i.e. the output is set to "0" (FALSE) by a falling edge on the input signal and remains in
this state for the time set. However, this state can be extended as long as the input remains at "0" (FALSE).
