Creating an effect
To create an effect follow these steps:
1.
Press [Blind]
. You must be in Blind to create an effect.
2.
Press [Type] to display the fade type menu

Select 3,
Effect
. The PSC displays the following screen.
4.
Press [Chan], and enter channel number(s) you want to include in the first
step
. Then press [Enter].
5.
Enter a two-digit high level
. To set level at 100 percent, press [Full]. Or,
press [Enter] to accept the displayed setting.
6.
Enter a two-digit low level setting
. Or, press [Enter] to accept the displayed
setting.
7.
Enter a delay time in minutes and seconds (00:00) or in seconds and
frames (00.00), then press [Enter]. (Delay time is the length of time before
the effect moves to the next step
.) Delay times can be from 00.01 (one
frame) to 99:59 (99 minutes; 59 seconds).
Note: Enter a decimal point between seconds and frames. (One second
equals thirty frames.)
8.
Press [Enter].
9.
Press [Step/Part], and enter next step number
. Then press [Enter].
10. Repeat steps four through eight to create remaining steps.
11. Press [Time] to specify a duration time for the effect.
