4.4.1.3 Publishing – RTP Output
The SVP 2000 delivers its encoded or transcoded output in distinct RTP/RTCP
streams, carried over UDP/IP (Ethernet interface), to one unicast or multicast
address. For each channel to be delivered, the user chooses one unicast or
multicast address “A” and one UDP port “P”. “P” must be even (for instance, 5004).
The device then delivers its output to:

RTP for video stream to address A, port P. (5004)

RTCP for video stream to address A, port P+1. (5005)

RTP for audio stream to address A, port P+2. (5006)

RTCP for audio stream to address A, port P+3. (5007)
The SVP 2000 is able to deliver several audio/video streams to the same Ethernet
interface. If so, they must be delivered to different IP addresses or ports each. The
device in RTP Ethernet output could be optionally specified as an ATSC M/H output.
