800-SWD during operation or after switching on
If an error occurs on the SWD line, the SWD-LED indicates this by flashing
red or with a continuous light. easy800-SWD can nevertheless process the
circuit diagram further if you have not clicked the “STOP on SWD error”
device parameter. However, you must decide whether this would be useful.
800-SWD after switching on
The following behavior may occur:
The device stays in STOP mode after being switched on. The SWD LED
indicates missing stations by flashing red. After a set time, the SWD LED
shows a continuous green light and easy800-SWD switches to RUN mode.
This may be due to the fact that stations on the SWD line could not initially
be found because the 15 V power supply of these stations is switched on too
late by the power feed modules and the stations are not responding. As soon
as the power feed module supplies the SWD stations with 15 V DC,
easy800-SWD switches to operation.

A mandatory station is missing on the SWD line.
• Fit the mandatory station on the external device plug provided.
• If easy800-SWD is to continue processing the circuit diagram without the SWD line,
you must deactivate the “STOP on SWD error” device parameter.
• You can define the station as non-mandatory by deactivating the
“Mandatory station” device parameter.

Possible causes:
• The connection to the SWD line is broken.
• The 15 V DC device voltage is missing.

There is an “incorrect” station on the SWD line.
Possible causes:
• For example, you have replaced a faulty station. The serial number of the new station
must first be stored in the target configuration.
