The task of the function block is to adjust the value in order to show it at
output LS..QV as a value between 0 and 100 %.
The transferred measured value has a resolution between 0…1023 bits.
This means:
•
The minimum measured value is 1023 bits x 4 mA / 20 mA = 205 bit.
•
The maximum measured value is at 1023 bits.
The parameter display and the parameter set for function block LS01 is
shown on the left. After the function block number 01 is defined, you enter
here the following values:
•
the operand MX01QV with the value to be scaled.
•
the first support point of the straight line with its zero point coordinates:
•
X1 = 205
•
Y1 = 0 and
•
the second support point of the straight line with its maximum point
coordinates:
•
X1 = 1023
•
Y1 = 100
•
the transfer marker MD01 with the scaled value.
