Status LED
If the status LED does not come on within 30 seconds of powering up the unit:
• Disconnect the cable TV and Ethernet cables, and leave the PC plugged in.
• Power up the unit again.
• If nothing works, call your support team.
Block Sync LED
If the block sync LED does not come on steadily approximately 40 seconds after power
up:
• Verify that all cables are connected.
• The unit may not be properly configured for your particular cable TV network.
Caution - The unit may unintentionally be disrupting other users of the cable TV sys-
tem. Detach the unit from the cable TV system. Do not re-attach the unit, until you
complete the following steps:
