Troubleshooting

Introduction

Power LED

If the power LED does not come on when you plug in the unit and turn the power
switch on:

•

The power system is not on, or the power cord is not plugged in.

•

Make sure both ends of the power cord are plugged in.

•

Make sure the power system is working (no tripped circuit breakers, etc.).

•

Disconnect the PC, cable TV cables, and Ethernet cables from the unit.

Wait 30 seconds, then power up the unit.

If the power LED and/or fan still fail to come on, the unit is defective. Call your service
rep for a replacement unit.
