Inbound Authentication Enabled
- Determines if the gateway will challenge a peer upon
receiving a SIP method. If Yes and the appropriate Method to Challenge is selected through the
checkbox, the gateway will challenge the peer upon reception of the method by sending a SIP 401
response along with the Gateway Realm.
Gateway Realm
- Defines a protection space of the gateway. Associated with the Gateway Realm
is a series of User Name and Password pairings. The gateway may challenge a peer with the Realm.
The peer must have knowledge of the User Name and Password pairing in order to be authenticated
by the gateway.
