Changing Video Input Button Labels
Users can change the labels for certain buttons including Preset labels, Video Input labels, and Audio Conference
Speed Dial entries.
1. Press
the Change Button Text button (Figure 16, Item 1) to activate the onscreen keyboard (Figure 16, Item
2). The keyboard will be displayed in the center top of the screen.
2. Press the video input button (Figure 16, Item 8) that is to be changed. The current label on the selected
button will be displayed in the text box (Figure 16, Item 3) of the onscreen keyboard.
3. Press the Clear button (Figure 16, Item 4) to erase the text or press the Back Space button (Figure 16, Item
5) to erase one character at a time.
4. Enter the new name using the onscreen keyboard.
NOTE
If the Save button is not pressed, the text will revert back to the original text when the ‘Exit’ button
is pressed.
5. Press the Save button (Figure 16, Item 6) to save the new Video Input text.
6. Observe the Video Input button label (Figure 16, Item 8) changes to the new text.
7. Repeat steps two through six for all labels that are to be changed.
8. Press the Exit button to exit the onscreen keyboard.
