4) PRODUCT SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR USE
§4.1 - Safety instructions

DHOLLANDIA
hydraulic ramps are designed to transfer
wheeled equipment or machinery from the ground to the
floor of the carrying vehicle, and vice versa.
•
The loading diagrams, and the safety instruc-
tions for the operator contained in
CHAPTER 5
of the general user’s manual
, must be obeyed
at all times.

WARNING !
•
In order to ensure the safety of the operator, and
occasional bystanders, the use of the ramp is strict-
ly reserved to skilled operators, who have been duly
trained, who know and understand the full content
of this manual and the general manual.
•
Negligence can put the operator and third parties at
great risk.
•
Check if the
ramp
can be used safely. Take precautions to
guarantee your own safety, and the safety of any third
persons in traffic. Clear the working area of any objects
that could potentially impede the movements of the
plat-
form, or form a hazard during the loading / unloading ac-
tivities
. Make sure the platform is clearly visible from all
approach directions (traffic cones, flashing lights …). [See
Fig. 4.2]
