Tubi flessibili e raccordi:
Verificare periodicamente che i tubi
idraulici flessibili non siano deteriorati e
che i raccordi non abbiano fughe.
Aria nel sistema di frenaggio:
Se il percorso della leva del freno
diventa eccessivo o la leva ha un tatto
eccessivamente molle o spugnoso,
deve farsi uno spurgo d’aria dal sistema
di frenaggio.
Spurgo dell’aria:
Montare nello spurgo un tubo di plas-
tica trasparente per evitare che il liquido
residuale sporchi il sistema di frenaggio.
Stringere la leva del freno al massimo,
allentare lo spurgo e stringerlo di nuovo,
smettere di stringere la leva del freno. E
così via fino a eliminare l’aria esistente
nel sistema di frenaggio. Dopo aver eli-
minato l’aria rimettere nel serbatoio del
liquido idraulico AGIP BRAKE FLUID
DOT 4.
Disco di freno:
La superficie del disco deve essere
esente d’olio. Per pulirla utilizzi alcool e
un panno soave.

Flexible hoses and connectors:
Check the hydraulic hoses for dama-
ge from time to time, ensuring that the
connectors show no leaks.
Air in the brake system:
If the brake lever travel becomes
excessive, or if the lever develops an
excessively soft or spongy feel, the
brake system should be bled of air.
Bleeding air out of the system:
Fit a transparent tube over the bleed
nipple to prevent residual fluid dirtying
the brake system. Press the brake lever
fully down, open the bleed nipple and
close it again, and release the brake
lever. Repeat this procedure until all the
air has been expelled from the brake
system. Once all the air has been elimi-
nated from the system, top up the brake
fluid reservoir with AGIP BRAKE FLUID
DOT 4 hydraulic fluid.
Brake disc:
The surface of the brake disc should
be kept free of oil. Use alcohol on a
clean cloth to clean it.
Schläuche und Anschlussstutzen
Die Hydraulikschläuche sind
regelmäßig auf eventuellen Verschleiß zu
überprüfen. Außerdem sind die
Anschlussstutzen auf ihre Dichtigkeit hin
zu kontrollieren.
Luft in der Bremsanlage:
Wenn der Weg des Bremsgriffs zu lang
wird oder ein zu weicher, schwammiger
Kontakt desselben bemerkt wird, muss ein
Entlüften der Bremsanlage vorgenommen
werden.
Entlüften der Bremsanlage:
An die Entlüftungsvorrichtung wird ein
durchsichtiger Gummischlauch
angeschlossen, mit dem vermieden
werden soll, dass Restflüssigkeit in die
Bremsanlage fließt. Den Bremsgriff bis
zum Anschlag anziehen, den Entlüfter
lockern und wieder festziehen, und den
Bremsgriff loslassen. Dieser Vorgang ist
zu wiederholen, bis die vorhandene Luft
aus der Bremsanlage entfernt worden ist.
Nach Entlüften ist der Behälter mit der
hydraulische Bremsflüssigkeit AGIP
BRAKE FLUID DOT 4 zu füllen.
Scheibenbremse:
Die Oberfläche der Bremsscheibe
muss ölfrei sein. Zur Reinigung sind
Alkohol und ein weicher Lappen zu
verwenden.
