Breathing system problems (no alarm)

Gas scavenging flow is too low.
Suction supply problem.
Use a different suction supply.
Filter blockage. Active systems

The bellows fills when the Bag/Vent
switch is set to Bag or the bag fills
when the switch is set to Vent.
