DD400 Series Restorer User Guide
display LUN numbers, port world-wide numbers, manufacturer
information, controller firmware, volume serial numbers, and
volume capacity from the external storage system.
show debug
Display detailed information about disk operations and status. The
to-file
option sends output to
/ddvar/log/disk-show-debug.out
.
Not valid for external storage.
show detailed-raid-info
Display which disks are in the RAID array, which disks have failed
from a RAID point of view, spare disks available for RAID, and
any disks that are in the RAID reconstruction process. For external
storage, only LUN information is displayed with no individual disk
information.
show failure-history
Display the history of all failed disks on the restorer. Not valid
for external storage.
show performance
Displays the number of sectors read from and written to each disk,
(or LUN for external storage) the cumulative MegaBytes per second
written to each disk, and the average percent of time that each disk
has at least one command queued.
show raid-info
Display the state of each disk (or LUN for external storage) from
a RAID point of view, as an available disk, as a spare, or in the
RAID reconstruction process.
show reliability-data
Display the hardware state for each disk. Not valid for external
storage.
ATA Bus Soft Err
shows uncorrected raw UDMA CRC errors.
Command Timeouts
counts times that the operating system SCSI
midlayer registers that a command timed out.
Command Faults
shows counts of commands that the operating system
SCSI midlayer registers as leading to read failures, write failures,
and other command failures.
Drive Soft Err
shows the number of errors corrected by disk software
error correction control.
Soft
is the number of off track errors.
Err
is the number of soft ECC errors.
Awaiting Realloc
is the number of sectors on a drive that have
returned at least one error, but that are not yet confirmed as bad.
Already Realloc
indicates the end of the useful disk lifetime when
the number of reallocated sectors approaches the vendor-specific
limit. The limit is 2000 for Western digital disks and 2000 for
