Test Operation
a. “Setting mode 1”
This mode is used to set and check the following items.
1. Set items ················In order to make IND selection in a batch of outdoor unit group, change the setting.
• IND selection···················································· If this setting is changed, U7 error will appear, ONLY
FACTORY SETTING IS ALLOWED.
2. Check items ···········The following items can be checked.
(1) Current operating conditions (Normal / Abnormal / In check operation)
(2) Setting conditions of COOL/HEAT selection (Individual / Batch master / Batch slave)
Procedure for changing COOL/HEAT selection setting
Push the SET (BS2) button to set the
blinking of LED to any of conditions
shown on the right.
Push the RETURN (BS3) button to
determine the setting.
The system is normally set to "Setting
mode 1".
Should the system be set to any mode
other than that, push the MODE (BS1)
button to set the system to "Setting
mode 1".
“Normally, “Setting mode 1” is set. In
case of other status, push MODE (BS1)
button one time and set to “Setting
mode 1”.
Check the system for each condition
through LED displays. (Refer to
information in table on the right.)
Pushing the RETURN (BS3) button will
bring the system to the initial state of
"Setting mode 1".

Pushing the RETURN (BS3) button will return the system to the initial condition of "Setting
mode 1".
