0 = SCT
1 = Tx Terrestrial

4 = RS(126,112,7)
5 = RS(220,200,10)
Note: Depending on the active modem mode, overhead type, and
data rate, not all selections will be valid.
Example: <0001/TCW=0{CR} (This is a ‘don’t care’ if RS is Off
under TRS)
