Engine
12. Install the belt between the lever and the jockey
pulley. Bolt down jockey pulley with 130 Nm .

13. Screw hydraulic lines to the solenoid valves.
Ensure proper order of installation!

14. Bolt the mounting bracket (W) and the clamp (S)
down to the support. Connect the cable plug to the
engine speed magnetic pick-up and bolt on the
cover plate.

15. Install the shut-off solenoid wiring loom
completely on the engine block and connect it.

16. Install the alternator wiring loom on the engine
block and connect it.

17. Lay the diesel line completely at the engine block.
CAUTION!
Use new sealing rings.

18. Install the blower bracket (L). Insert the tensioning
arm and screw in the bolts (F and G).

19. Bolt down the complete bracket with the spring.
Bolt on the diesel line clamp.

20. Install the rotary screen drive belt (26) and adjust.
21. Slide in the blower wheel and tighten M 10 bolt
with 45 Nm .

22. Install the fan drive belt (27) and adjust.
