VEINVIEWER FLEX USER GUIDE

Unable to establish USB
connection to VeinViewer
Flex
None
USB connectivity issue
connected
Restart the PC. Make sure the USB Cable is properly installed to VeinViewer Flex
and to the USB Communication Port on the PC.
After connecting device, wait 30 seconds then click "Refresh" on the screen
(may take several seconds).
The VeinViewer should be listed on the "Device(s):" pull down menu as
"\\.\COM_. Select "connect". The Device Control panel on the Flex Connect
software should now be active.
Note:
The first time you connect VeinViewer Flex to your computer it may take
several minutes to be recognized and install the appropriate drivers.
None
VeinViewer Flex is not connected
to a power source
Make sure Flex Connect software is running and that VeinViewer is connected to
a power source, but NOT turned ON.
Disconnect and re-connect the VeinViewer. Wait 30 seconds then click
"Refresh" on the screen. (This may take several seconds). If VeinViewer was not
listed in the pull down menu, proceed to other possible CAUSE below.
