VEINVIEWER FLEX USER GUIDE

PROBLEM

STATUS INDICATOR

CAUSE

SOLUTION

VeinViewer Flex does not 
power ON

Status Indicator is Off 

VeinViewer Flex is turned OFF 

Press the Power Button for a full second. 

Battery does not have sufficient 
charge

Replace with spare fully charged Battery, recharge primary Battery, or operate 
VeinViewer Flex by plugging the AC Power Adapter into a standard power    
receptacle. 

 Note: If the SUSPEND or ERROR Status Indicator on the Battery Charger is lit, 
the battery is not charging properly. Remove Battery from Battery Charger per 
"Battery Charging" procedure in CHAPTER FOUR: VEINVIEWER FLEX SETUP. If 
the Battery still does not charge properly, contact your local distributor or 
Christie Technical Support for replacement Battery. 

Batteries are not making good 
electrical contact

Be sure the Battery is properly secured inside the Battery compartment. 

Wipe the Battery grooves with a CLEAN dry cloth. 

Be sure the Battery Door is closed securely. 

(If operating by AC power) 
 
AC Power Adapter is damaged

DO NOT use or attempt to repair AC Power Adapter. 

Immediately contact Christie Technical Support.
