VEINVIEWER FLEX USER GUIDE
VeinViewer Flex does not
power ON (cont’d)
Status Indicator is Off
(If operating by AC power)
AC Power Adapter is not making
good electrical contact
Be sure the AC Power Adapter is fully plugged into VeinViewer Flex Power Inlet.
Be sure the interchangeable input connector is properly connected to the AC
Power Adapter.
Be sure the plug is properly connected to a standard power receptacle. The wall
receptacle should provide between 100 – 240 VAC at 50/60 Hz.
Status Indicator is Off
VeinViewer Flex thermal
overload; ambient operating, or
storage specifications have been
exceeded
.
Remove the Battery from device, and inspect Battery for damage.
If operating by wall power, disconnect the AC Power Adapter from VeinViewer
Flex and wall receptacle.
Remove VeinViewer Flex from extreme operating /storage conditions, and allow
VeinViewer Flex to return to normal ambient conditions for at least 15 MINUTES
before attempting to repower.
Note: Check if the Status Indicator blinks green 3 times, when attempting to
repower VeinViewer Flex.
VeinViewer Flex turns
OFF unexpectedly
Blinking red
(repeatedly)
Battery does not have sufficient
charge
Replace with fully charged spare Battery, recharge primary Battery, and operate
VeinViewer Flex by plugging the AC Power Adapter into a standard power
receptacle.
