4.3 Other functions
4.3.1 Sealing the transparent cover of the changeover switch
4.3.2 Manual mode
The transparent cover can only be sealed
when it is closed (automatic mode).
Risk of injury from rotating Allen key
When the transparent cover is closed, the ATICS® is in automatic mode. The
ATICS® detects this by the button which is pressed under the transparent cover.
When the transparent cover is opened, the button is no longer pressed and the
ATICS® switches to manual mode.
When the transparent cover is open, make sure that this button is not pressed ac-
cidentally. Check and make sure that the message "Manual mode" appears on
the display. Only then can the Allen key be used to set the changeover switch to
manual mode.
Manual mode can be enabled in the fol-
lowing ways:

Open the transparent cover

Set the digital input. "M/A" function
must be set (see "Settings menu 5:
Digital Input" on page 73).
Manual mode:

Put the handle on the Allen key

Use the Allen key to change over

The switch position "0" of the
changeover switch can be locked
with a padlock
