4. Enter the password and tap the
button to save your entry and return to the Enter
Password screen. The password is displayed using asterisks
5. Tap
the
OK
button
6. The Select/Create Job screen is displayed. The new job name is added to the list of
available jobs. Tap the
Select
button to select and apply (use) the newly created job

7. The operator is prompted to enter the password for that job. Tap the blank field in the
middle of the screen to display the alphanumeric keypad which is used to enter the Job’s
password
8. Enter the password and tap the
button to save your entry and return to the Enter
Password screen. The password is displayed using asterisks
9. Tap
the
OK
button. The Touch Screen will return to the
Main menu
and the name of the
newly created job will be displayed on the
Job
button
Modify an Existing Job
To modify or change the settings for an existing job, perform the following:
1. Make sure the Job that the scanner is set to use is the one you want to make a change to
(the Job name should appear on the Job button –
Figure 5.22
). Make whatever changes
necessary to the setting(s) (i.e. document size, resolution, or file format, etc.)
2. When the setting(s) has been changed, tap the
Job
button to open the Select/Create Job
screen
