5. After the values are changed, tap the
Save
button to store the values
Tapping the
Cancel
button reverts back to the Output Control screen and any/all changes
made will be discarded.
FTP Server 2
This screen contains all the data to define the proxy server which may be used by the system.
To add information or make changes to the exiting information on this screen, follow the
instructions for the
FTP Server 1
screen above. From the FTP Server 1 screen you will have to
tap the
button to display the FTP Server 2 screen
To use a proxy server, set the value for this field to YES.

5.3.2 Email
Address
The
Email Address
button enables the operator to send the scanned image to any e-mail
address.

To add an email address, perform the following:
1. From the Output Control screen, tap the
Email Address
button to display the Email Address
screen
2. Tap the Address field (area where the email address is displayed) to open the alphanumeric
keypad that allows you to enter information (see
3.3.2 Entering or Changing Values
in this
manual)
