To assemble the Floor Stand, perform the following
(component names are followed by their
corresponding call out number – Figures 1.17 and 1.18)
:
1. Start with the foot brackets (3), the legs
(2), and the support bar (1)
2. Position the legs (2) so that the three
holes on each leg are located in at the
top of the leg
3. Insert each leg (2) into the foot stand (3)
such that the three holes should be
facing each other (facing the inner side
of the floor stand – Figure 1.18)

4. Insert the support bar (1) into the foot
stand at the bottom as shown in Figure
1.19

5. Fasten the three components with (2)
screws and washers (ISO 4016 –
M8X50X22-WS)

6. Repeat the steps above to assembly the
other leg and foot stand, and attach to
the opposite end of the bottom support
bar
Upon completion, the floor stand should
look as shown (Figure 1.21):

7. Place the scanner holding brackets (5)
on the top of the stand’s legs so that the
oval cut-outs are facing each other (to
the inner side of the stand – Figure
1.22)

8. Insert the support bar (1) between the
legs at the top

9. Using two (2) ISO 4016 – M8x50x22-
WS screws and washers, assemble the
scanner holding bracket and support bar
with the stand’s legs at the top (as
described above) on each side
10. Tighten all screws of the floor stand with
the combination wrench, size 13mm
