5.3.5 Sound
Control
The Sound Control screen allows the operator to link sounds to system events.
To link a sound to a system event or to change an existing link, perform the following:
1. From the Output Control screen, tap the
Sound Control
button to display the Sound Control
screen
The system events are listed in the left hand window and the available sound files to link to
are listed in the right hand window

2. Tap the system event you want to link a sound file to or use the up/down arrows of the left
hand window’s scroll bar to choose (highlight) the system event
3. Use the same selection methods to choose (highlight) a specific sound file
If you want to hear the sound before applying it the sound file to the system event, tap the
Play
button
4. To link a chosen (highlighted) sound file, tap the
Apply
button
5. Tap
the
Back
button to return to the Output Control screen
5.4 Image
Control
Through the Image Control screen, a operator can define the image parameters for the scanner
to use. The different functions that make up Image Control are accessed through two screens:
Image Control 1; and Image Control 2.
