6-2 Transporting
6-2-1 Transporting Manually (Such as Carrying on Stairs)

Before transporting the machine manually, be sure to first attach the transport casters to the rear assembly, and
then separate the front assembly, center assembly, rear assembly, signboard box assembly, curtain, side walls L
and R, and roof.
(See “8A-4 Assembly” on page 68.)

When transporting the machine manually, be sure to use the following number of people. Overburdening yourself
may result in an accident or injury.
•
Front assembly (165 kg) : 8 people or more
•
Center assembly (90 kg) : 6 people or more
• Rear assembly (190 kg) : 8 people or more
•
Signboard box assembly (8 kg) : 1 person or more
•
Side walls L and R (20 kg each) : 2 people or more
•
Roof (8 kg) : 2 people or more
Signboard box assembly
Front assembly
Center assembly
Roof
Rear assembly
Side wall L/R

Do not subject the machine to impact when lowering it.

Move the machine carefully to avoid damaging it.

Be sure to raise the level adjusters to their highest level.
