This device has WPS (WIFI Protected Setup). For this, a button
must be pressed simultaneously on the router and the repeater
and the WLAN connection is up. This is then indicated on the
device.
The connection to the BADU Genio is made by a short LAN cable.
The WLAN receiver must of course be positioned where WLAN
can be received.
6.1.5 Remote access of the BADU Genio
Every control system can be reached from the cloud without much
configuration. In order to address the control system from every
Internet access point of the house network, the control system
must be connected to the house network. The appropriate
settings must be made if the control is to be accessible from any
Internet access point.
An Internet port “30001” must be entered in the menu under
“Service” – “Login” – “Parameter”.
A setting must also be made in the router settings. A port transfer
must be set under the item “Enable for devices”.
