8.2 Fault filter pump pressure error
The BADU Genio checks whether the filter pump is running or at
standstill by comparison with a pressure switch. Therefore, a
pressure switch must always be installed in the unit’s pressure
line. If this is not the case, you would be able to acknowledge the
error message briefly but it would re-appear again after a short
time.
An error message is output if the pressure is not available at the
input after 30 seconds. In addition, the dosing and the heating
switch off (locked).
The control system does not notice when the motor on the filter
pump is switched off directly and not by the app. The motor sends
no feedback signal. The input signal at the pressure switch drops
out after 30 seconds and the control system switches to Fault for
safety reasons. The switching state of the filter pump and the
heating changes to off and the pH and chlorine dosing are locked.
After the message has been acknowledged in the events, the
control system restarts in the currently set program.
