Chassis Front and Rear Panels
The front panel of the Expansion Chassis has a power on/off switch and a power
on indicator.
Figure 1 shows the rear panel of the Expansion Chassis. It has an AC power input,
a fuse holder, 12 standard NuBus slot openings, and an expansion panel. The
expansion panel supports future connector options that use a larger than standard
NuBus opening.
The rear panel of the 3D Effects Option has three connectors: a SCSI connector,
an RS-422 connector, and an HPGI connector. Currently, only the SCSI
connector is used. The 3D Effects Option receives power from the Expansion
Chassis power supply.
