CCC User Access
Starting CCC User Access
CCC User Access is available on all Server and Client PCs. It establishes both the
user's rights and their password protection on each PC. CCC User Access also allows
storage of personal Call Center View and Wallboard settings.
Initially, on each PC, Administrators can log on by entering the following:
•
Name:
Admin
•
Password:
NMYSBH
CAUTION:
When you log on as Administrator for the first time, it is recommended
that you
change the password
. The new password must be recorded
and kept in a secure place.
You can also log on individual PCs as a Supervisor (the name being defined by the
user) or the Administrator can log on with no name. The user's rights for
Administrators, Supervisors and others (no name) are:-

Supervisor Rights

System Administrator functions available:
Ability to change ALL setup screens
Ability to change the language in CCV
CCV Alarm Reporter can be run.

To log on using CCC User Access:
1. Double click on the CCC User Access Icon showing on the toolbar
.
If this is not visible
double click the same Icon on the desktop and then double click
on the toolbar Icon (which should now be visible).
2. A CCC User Access screen will be show. For Administrator rights the
User Name
must be
Admin
. Any user name can be entered to give Supervisor rights. A
password is not required for Supervisor rights. When the update button becomes
active, click on it to update the user identification.
3. If you put the user name as Admin, a password box will appear.
4. To change the password, click on the
Change Password
button, enter your new
password and confirm the change.
The new password must be recorded and kept in a secure place.
