Installing CCC Components
Introduction
This section describes the procedures of installing the software for the Compact
Contact Center suite.
Do not
begin installation before you have read and performed
all
the PC configuration procedures (see page 14).
Listed below are the CCC applications required for Server and Client PCs. If you have
a CCC installation of more than 15 agents, then the Server must be on a separate PC
(serving up to five Client PCs). Alternatively, if have less than 15 agents the Server and
Client components can be installed on the same PC (see page 8). In addition, Compact
Contact Center Agents can have the PC Wallboard application installed.
