The Gateway has returned to the
system after being deleted from
the system.

.
The maximum number of
Gateways for the site has been
reached. A system can have only
four Gateways.
A Gateway must be removed from the network and
deleted from the system before this Gateway can be
added.
Deskset cannot make or
receive phone calls and the
Gateway screen displays
Synchronizing
.
The Gateway cannot locate the
DHCP server or the Gateway
cannot obtain an IP address from
the DHCP server, or is the only
device on the subnet.
The Gateway may temporarily display
Synchronizing…
for a few seconds. This is normal
and does not indicate a problem.
If this Gateway is the first device on the network,
Synchronizing
displays continuously until another
device is connected to the network.
Confirm that the first three octets of the Gateway IP
address match the IP addresses of other system
devices and that of the PC.
If you need to use static IP addresses, ensure that all
system devices and any PCs from which you access
the WEBUI have static IP addresses that are on the
same subnet. These IP addresses start with 169.254.
