To delete a personal name:

to display
the Name Recording screen shown in
Figure 82.

in Figure 83 displays.
3. Press
to confirm. After the
screen in Figure 84 briefly appears, you
return to the Name Recording menu
shown in Figure 82.
The Extension number will play to
callers when they look up your name in
the Company Directory.
