Deskset soft keys have
changed.
The highlight bar has moved to
another line.
The soft keys reflect the call state and Deskset
functions. They change depending on which line is
highlighted.
For example, there may be a held call, active call, or
incoming call on the screen. To view the soft keys for
that call, move the highlight bar by pressing the
or navigation key.
Cannot add an entry to Quick
Dial list.
The Quick Dial list is full – a
maximum of six are allowed.
You can edit Quick Dial entries on the Deskset or the
WEBUI. You cannot delete Quick Dial entries. If you
wish to replace an entry, edit the entry and replace
the details (see
“Quick Dial Keys” on page 89
).

Attendant.

options for the Auto Attendant flow you have
created.

extension.”
The caller entered an extension
number that does not exist in
your system when interacting
with the Auto Attendant.
If your opening menu presents the specific extension
numbers for the Auto Attendant, confirm they are
correctly recorded or enable the Company Directory
feature.
