Show historical overview
All events of the AlphaVision NG control panel are saved into an historical overview. The AlphaVision NG
control panel actually has two historical overviews; one which can be shown on the LCD keypad, which
holds up to 100 events, and one which can only be shown using Winterm or Termpriv software, which holds
up to 250 events. The historical overview that can be shown on the LCD keypad can also be accessed by the
user (see also the user manual). The historical overview accessed with the Winterm software holds much
more information useful for the installer, such as the day, date, time, year, user and event. Also more
information, such as “communication failure monitoring station”, when all dial attempts have failed, is
shown. When in the main menu option 3 “show historical overview” is selected, an overview of the last 20
events appears on the screen. The following keys can be used here:
'>' Key (shift + .)
show next 20 events (less recent)
'<' Key (shift + ,)
show previous 20 events (more recent)

The historical overview can also be shown on the LCD keypad using function 9, and can also be printed out
(taken that a printer module is available) using function 10. For more information, see chapter “Execute
functions”.
PROGRAMMING THE WIRELESS INTERFACE
Wireless interface (wireless detectors)
Before the wireless interface can be used, the wireless transmitters must be learned into the memory of the
interface first.
A wireless interface is the link between wireless transmitters (868 MHz only) and the RS-485 bus of the
AlphaVision NG control panel. The control panel cannot see the difference between wireless transmitters
and regular wired detectors. The wireless interface is capable to receive several wireless Visonic PowerCode
transmitters, such as wireless PIR detectors, magnetic contacts, smoke detectors, hand-held transmitters, etc.
The wireless interface can not receive CodeSecure transmitters.
