Walktest: enter
zone number: --
Now enter the number of the zone you wish to test, followed by the <#> key. When no number is entered
and only the <#> is pressed, zone 01 is tested. To end the zone test, press the <*> key.
Next, the current status of the detector is shown in the display. This can be:
- closed (OK)
- alarm
- tamper
- alarm + tamper
When in screen 8 of the programming the option “Speaker on during walktest” is enabled, the speaker
connected to output 9 will sound a short beep when the detector jumps open. When the detector’s tamper
switch is activated, two short beeps will be sounded.
Attention:
During this walktest all other zones are disabled, including ambush and fire zones! This walktest
can be performed from only one keypad at a time.
During this walktest, you can use the following keys:
- <
↑
> test previous zone
- <
↓
> test next zone

<*> go back to enter another zone number
When the message "
Functionkey not usable yet!
" appears in the display, after activating function
19, this means that one of the sections is still armed. Make sure all sections are disarmed, only then function
19 can be executed.
F20# Walktest
Execute function 20 to perform a walktest of all zones. Press <?> <2> <0> <#>, followed by the installer
code. The following message will appear on the display:

The LCD display will now automatically show all zones that have not been activated yet. This should be
nearly to all present zones, since none are walktested yet. Example:

By pressing the <#> key you can go the next zone faster. In this way you can very quickly see which zones
have not been activated yet. By pressing the <
↑
> key, the display will return to the first inactivated zone.
When the zones in the system are now activated (walk through a detector’s view, open the doors and
windows with magnetic contacts, etc.), they will disappear from the list in the display. In this way you can
see which zones work fine and which do not.
To view a short overview of all inactivated zones, press the <
↓
> key. The display will change to:
