4.2.2.3 TC_AM Torque Control Angle Monitor
Torque High:
Upper control limit of the rundown.
Torque Target:
Final desired torque (CUT Level).
Torque Low:
The lower control limit of the rundown.
Angle Bailout:
Determines when to stop the tool on angle during any Torque
Control strategy. Should be set equal to or above High Angle. Units are
degrees of rotation.
Angle High:
Maximum acceptable angle rotation in degrees.
Angle Low:
Minimum acceptable angle rotation in degrees.
Angle Reference

• In-cycle Angle:
Monitoring degrees of angle after the tool has
overcome pre-set in-cycle torque
• Stage Angle:
Monitor angle specifically in the stage
Angle Reference Torque:
Monitor degrees of angle from the reference torque
value set
Additional Pulses:
After reaching target torque, additional pulses to be
applied before shutting of the air to the tool.
PSI:
Desired amount of air pressure supplied to the tool (Only available for SR
models) Note: The pressure set in the first stage of the PSet, is applied when
the tool is enabled to run.a
Stage Timeout (s):
Maximum allowable time (in seconds) in this stage. If time is
exceeded, the tool will stop and the Rundown will be terminated.
4.2.2.4 AC_TM Angle Control Torque Monitor
Torque High:
Upper control limit of the rundown.
Torque Target:
Final desired torque (CUT Level).
Torque Low:
The lower control limit of the rundown.

Total amount of torque not to be exceeded. Helps to
illustrate how far past Torque High the rundown experienced without
damaging the part.
