Needle-lock Motor and Belt
Removing the needle lock motor and belt

Switch off the sampler at the main power switch. Remove the power cable.

Remove the top cover, top plate, and foam (see

Disconnect the motor connector from the SUD board (labelled “Metering
M”).

Remove the analytical head assembly, (see

Remove the belt, the four fixing screws, and remove the motor.
Installing the needle lock motor and belt

Feed the motor cable through to the SUD board. Connect the cable to the
connector, labelled “Needle M”.

Secure the motor in place with the four fixing screws, install the belt.

Install the analytical head assembly, (see
“Installing the analytical head"

Install the top cover, top plate, and foam (see

Turn ON the sampler, close the front door.
