2. P o w er Flatness and Accuracy T est
P erformance v erication test for standard instrumen t
Description
Note
If Option 001 is installed in y our instrumen t, p erform the \Step A tten uator
Flatness" test.
This test uses the user atness correction array to measure p o w er atness at the RF output.
The p o w er is measured ev ery 10 MHz in low band and ev ery 100 MHz in high and millimeter
bands.
The calibration factors for the p o w er sensor m ust b e added to the program b efore the test
is run. Refer to the utility , \4. P o w er Sensor Conguration and Calibration F actor File", if
necessary .
The follo wing test equipmen t is required for this test. No substitutions are allo w ed. (The test
setup is given in the softw are.)

Procedure
Select the p o w er atness and accuracy test and en ter y our p o w er sensor data b y p erforming
the follo wing steps.
Note
If the p o w er sensor data w as added previously , and is still curren t, skip the
follo wing steps and run the test.

2. Select p o w er meter conguration.
3. Select the sensor to edit.
4. En ter the p o w er sensor conguration data (follo w the prompts on the display).
