1. Connect the equipmen t as sho wn in Figure 3-1 . Preset all instrumen ts and let them w arm
up for one hour.

3. On the oscilloscop e, adjust the trigger lev el so that the sw eep is sync hronized to the
syn thesizer's in ternal standard. The w a v eform will app ear to drift.
