delete VPN Tunnels.

If you are using Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2000 Pro, you need to
make the following changes to the system registry in order for IPSec and
L2TP tunnels to work properly.

Start the Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).

Locate the following key in the registry:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Rasma
n\Parameters

On the Edit menu, click Add Value and then add the following registry
value:
Value Name: ProhibitIpSec
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1

Quit the Registry Editor.

Reboot your PC for the changes you made to the Registry Settings to take
effect.
To Create a VPN
Configuration using
PPTP
To create a VPN Tunnel Configuration using PPTP, perform the following
steps:

Select
Create
from the
Edit Mode
drop-down menu.

Enter a name for the VPN Tunnel you want to create in the
VPN Name
field.

Select
PPTP
in the
VPN Protocol
drop-down menu.

Select the appropriate mode (
Initiator
or
Terminator
) in the
Tunnel Mode
drop-down menu.
If you will be initiating the VPN Tunnel to a Remote Workstation, select
Initiator
.
