that the WAN
interface is down.
WAN cable is not
connected.
Check that one end of the WAN
cable is fully plugged into the DSL
wall outlet. Check that the other
end is fully plugged into the DSL
port in the back of the
OfficeConnect Gateway.
WAN cable has
been damaged.
Replace the cable with another
DSL cable.
There is a problem
with the DSL
connection that
causes the DSL
negotiation to fail.
Contact your Service Provider.
DSL STATUS LEDs are
Off
or go
On
briefly
then turn
Off

DSL link is down.
Contact your Service Provider.

fully plugged into correct Phone
connector on Expansion unit.
RJ-11 telephone
cable for phone or
other POTS device is
damaged.
Replace the cable with another
RJ-11 cable.
Defective phone or
POTS-based device.
Replace the phone or POTS-based
device.
