rupts the CPU will trigger. The following parameters are supported:

None: The interrupt function is de-activated.

Process: The following events of the frequency measurement can trigger a hardware
interrupt (selectable via
‘Frequency counting’

Diagnostics and process: A diagnostics interrupt is only triggered when a hardware
interrupt was lost.
