XCT80 Truck Crane Operation Manual

Description of tables 5-3 and 5-4:

1. The weight listed in the table is the maximum lifting weight that the machine on a

at and

ﬁ

ground can guarantee. Working over the weight is prohibited strictly;

2. The total rated lifting weight in table includes the weight of the hook and spreader.

3. The standard elevation and lifting height for main arm are the reference values, the working

amplitude should be taken as the base;

4. The lifting performance of arm end single pulley is the same as the main arm lifting

performance, but the maximum weight shall not exceed 6300Kg;

5. When the auxiliary arm is in the operating state and the main boom is hoisting, the main boom

rated lifting weight should be reduced by at least 2000kg.

6. Before working, the third, fourth and

ﬁ

fth arms should be fully extended after full extension of

second arm, and retraction is in the opposite order;

7. Operation is only allowable under wind below grade 5 (wind speed of 14.1m/s).

8. The main arm elevation range should be used, even if no-load, the boom elevation angle should

within the range given in the tables above, and beware of the crane overturning.
