9-2 Crane accessory

Chapter 9

9-2-2 Mounting auxiliary lifting mechanism

The auxiliary lifting mechanism is mounted on the rear side of main lifting mechanism, which

can be transported together with the balance weight when it is not in use.

1. Insert the auxiliary lifting mechanism junction plate into the junction bracket plug on the

rotary table end (Figure 9-1).

2. Mount the pin shaft A (four places).

3. Connect the auxiliary hoisting motor B and auxiliary lifting winch with the main oil line by

quick coupling. As shown in Figure 9-2, the male connector A connects with female connector A,

male connector T connects with female T, the male connector and the female connector of the brake

oil pipe are connected together, the male connector and the female connector of the motor leaking oil

pipe are connected together. The connections should be right, without oil leakages.

4. Plug wire connector of the auxiliary winch counter (three ring protection).
