4. Check engine oil

Check lower crane portion engine oil level 

every  day  before  starting  work,  and  the  vehicle 

should be placed horizontally in check. 

a. Start the engine, observe the lower crane portion 

engine oil pressure warning lights, if the alarm lights do 

not go out after 10 seconds, turn off the engine and 

fi

nd 

out the reasons. 

b. The engine idles for about 2-3 minutes. 

c. Turn off the engine. 

d. Check the oil level after 2 minutes. 

Engine oil dipstick is located in the left side 

of  the  vehicle  in  front  of  the  main  boom. The 

oil  level  should  be  between  the  min  and  max 

position.  If  necessary,  add  oil,  and  for  engine 

oil specifications you can refer to the 

“

Engine 

Manual

”

. 

Lower  crane  portion  engine  oil  refueling 

nozzle is located next to the dipstick in the left rear 

of the cab. (see Figure 7-5) 

Unscrew  (Do  not  open  it!)  the  lid  of  hole 

1  at  the  operating  temperature  lower  limit  to 

release  pressure.  Open  the  lid.  The  coolant 

level  should  at  least  reach  the  minimum 

position.  If  the  oil  level  is  too  low,  add  coolant 

in  accordance  with  the 

“

Engine  Manual

”

. 

Finally, tighten the lid of the coolant.
