6. Balance weight:
Vehicle combination balance weight is adopted, with 2.2t of
fi
xed balance weight for the turntable
in travelling state, balance weight of 1.3t for balance weight bracket, and 3.5t, 4.5t of combination
balance weight should be transported with the vehicle. 11.5t of balance weight is the fully equipped
state. The movable balance weight is hitched by hydraulic cylinder and operated by the remote control

8-2 Main component introduction
1. Main boom
Five-section main suspension boom with U-shaped cross section is designed with special slider
and centering device and has high strength steel plate which makes the suspension boom weight light,
rigidity good, stretch stably, centering reliably, and be of the powerful lifting capacity; The Main boom
length is the value between 12.4m and 47.5m. The maximum lifting force moment is 3060kN.m.
2. Main boom stretching mechanism
Adopt the double cylinder adding rope row stretching mode .
3. Auxiliary arm
The auxiliary arm is of two sections, the

rst section of Auxiliary arm adopts a quilting frame, The
second section of auxiliary arm uses a box structure, with the

4. Main and auxiliary lifting mechanism:

5. Hook
The hook totally has three kinds, and one should use different hooks accordance to the
requirements of lifting performance table and different use conditions in order to exert effective lifting
capacity much better.
