3-2 Personnel selection and
quali

cation
The assignment personnel shall have the
following responsibilities:
a. Examine and verify mechanical ----
operations related matters, including present a
work plan, crane mechanical, lifting mechanism
and equipment selection; the work guidance and
supervision. All these are necessary to ensure
safe operation. Also including negotiation with
other responsible parties and collaboration
between each relevant organization ensured in
necessities.
b. Ensure the comprehensive examination
and inspection of the crane machinery, and
make sure the device has been maintained.
c. Ensure report effective procedures of
failures and accidents and take necessary correct
processing method.
d. Responsible for the organization ----
and control of the crane operation. Assure a
governor assignment as the same as other crane
operation personnel assignment.
The assignment personnel should be ----
assigned the necessary rights of performing all
the duties. Especially when one believe that
the continued operations may lead to risks, in
some operation conditions leading to dangerous
things, the assignment personnel have the stop
operating right.
In appropriate conditions, the appointer can
trust his mission to others, but undertake other
work duties.
When lifting heavy weights, the crane
driver is not suitable for the crane mechanical
operation management.
1. Duties
One is responsible for the crane safe
operation according to products specification
and safe working system provided by our
company. In addition to receiving the stop
signal, at any time one should only obey the
obviously recognizable signal issued by slingers
and command personnel.
2. Basic requirements
The operator should have the following
conditions:
a. have the corresponding educational
level;
b. over 18 years old;
c. qualified to this job in personal aspects
of vision, hearing and reaction capacity;
d. have physical strength for safely -----
operating the crane;
e. have the judgment abilities of the ----
distance, height and clearance;
f. received professional training on the
operation of crane machines and have rich
knowledge in aspects of crane and the safety
device;
g. received the crane operation command
signals training, understand the crane operation
command signal, and obey the command from
slingers or command personnel;
h. familiar with the

ghting equipment
on the crane machine and received the use of
training;
i. know very well about disposals in various
emergencies and escape methods;
