Table11-2 Components requiring lubrication of the lower crane portion

●

Before adding oil, wipe clean the oil cup and surfaces to be applied with grease.

●

Sliding surfaces not listed in the table should also be regularly added lubricating oil.

●

In the state the boom retracted on the boom support, if part of the boom luffing oil

cylinder piston rod is exposed, the part should be monthly applied a grease.

●

When applying grease to the surfaces passing by the sliders of the head and end of the

second, third, fourth and fifth section arms, the boom grease applying operation must be carried

out with full balance weight, with maximum weight of the hook of 1000Kg, and allowable

maximum arm length of 38.72m. The second-section arm should be firstly fully stretched for

grease applying, and fully retracted, and then the same should be carried out for the third, fourth

and fifth-section arm. Applying grease to the boom is prohibited in other working conditions.
