XCT80 Truck Crane Operation Manual

1. Choose suitable things according to the

work site condition, such as safety helmets,

safety gloves, safety glasses, safety belt, safety

boots and hearing protection device;

2. Check safety equipment before and after

the work, and have maintenance according to

the prescribed procedure or replace if necessary;

3. If necessary, kept the check and repair

record;

4. Some safety equipment (such as safety

helmet and safety belt) may be damaged for use

a period of time; therefore it should be regularly

inspected and replaced.

The safety passage and emergency escape

device in the crane processes of operation,

inspection, inspection, testing, maintenance,

repair, installation and disassembly shall be in

good conditions.

Anyone boarding or leaving lifting

machinery are required to report to the

formal safety passage and emergency escape

mode.

●

When unable to open the door for

escape at crane accident, drivers can use

the available broken hammer in cab or

control room to break the glasses passing

through and go away from danger.
